Flamenco technique - workshop with José Maria Gallardo del Rey

The technical and artistic resources derived from flamenco (and especially from flamenco guitar) are a basic tool for a better understanding of the Spanish style. 
The right-hand technique of flamenco guitar offers the classical guitarist extraordinary tools for scales (picados), arpeggios, tremolo, and, above all, strumming. 

 
On the other hand, knowledge of the different flamenco styles (flamenco patterns) offers the classical guitarist rhythmic and interpretive interaction with the vast majority of works in the Spanish repertoire.
