Stephanie Jones' childhood was shaped by the sound of music. She played piano, then violin, viola, saxophone and flute, but the guitar, with its captivating sound spectrum and great versatility, quickly became her great love.
Stephanie Jones is now a world-renowned, award-winning soloist and chamber musician, internationally renowned for her exciting and charming performances in a colorful variety of styles. After studying in Australia, she completed her master's degree and concert exam with Prof. Thomas Müller-Pering in Weimar. Prizes at renowned competitions followed.
Stephanie performs at festivals worldwide and gives master classes as part of her tours. She has released three solo albums to date: "Open Sky", "Colours of Spain" and "Bach, the Fly, and the Microphone".
The musician, who now lives in Germany, was a member of the Weimar Guitar Quartet and collaborated with the acclaimed violinist Karen Gomyo on her Piazzolla album.
